Kelly Frazer Recognized as Women Who Mean Business

Kelly Frazer, PhD, was recognized as Women Who Mean Business at a luncheon sponsored by the San Diego Business Journal on November 13, 2013. The event, now in its 20th year, honors women business leaders who contribute to and make a significant difference at San Diego organizations. Dr. Frazer is an internationally renowned leader in the field of genome biology and medicine. She is founding chief of the Division of Genome Information Sciences at UC San Diego, director of the Bio-Computational Center at UC San Diego's Clinical and Translational Research Institute and, in March 2013, was named the director of UC San Diego Institute for Genomic Medicine.
