The IGM Genomics Center is part of the MCC Genomics and Bioinformatics Shared Resource. It is our goal to provide MCC investigators with high quality standard, cutting-edge, and custom genomics services, as well as consultation on experimental design and training/education about genomic methods.
We offer a full array of genomics technologies (see Services), including, but not limited to, RNA-seq, ChIP-seq, targeted DNA sequencing, and exome sequencing.
We are also able to work with MCC investigators on customized genomics approaches to support their research goals.
