Our research aim is to improve the ability to detect and prevent cancer at the earliest stages. To achieve this, our team develops ways to use mathematical reasoning to better understand the correlations between multi-scale cancer data arising from the underlying process of somatic evolution. With a current focus on gastrointestinal cancers, we seek a coherent understanding of the carcinogenesis process so we may find and identify high-risk precursors in patients and forecast outcomes reliably. Please check out our lab website for more information: www.qcclab.com
