New Sample Submission Portal

When submitting samples, please fill out this online survey the same day you drop off your samples. This new system will allow us to keep better track of your samples, and will give you a tracking number for your submission! Click here to submit.

Please bring samples during the designated drop off hours as follows:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm

If none of these times work for you, please contact igmsamplesubmission@ucsd.edu to request an alternative time.

Prior to preparing and submitting samples, please contact Kristen Jepsen.

Please submit samples in approved tubes (up to 16 samples) or plate (>16 samples). These can be purchased through UCSD Marketplace using the indicated catalog numbers, or from IGM.
