The IGM Genomics Center now supports sequencing on the Illumina NovaSeq X Plus. Please see available run configurations and proposed pricing below (subject to approval by rates committee).

MiSeq i100 Sequencing
The MiSeq i100 desktop sequencer is available for focused applications such as targeted gene sequencing, metagenomics, small genome sequencing, etc. Read lengths up to 600 bp (2X300) are currently supported.
