The UCSD IGM Genomics Center offers full services in high throughput sequencing as well as whole-genome genotyping and copy number variation analysis. The IGM Genomics Center offers assay design consultation, sequencing library preparation (DNA/RNA/smallRNA/targeted sequencing), single cell RNA, ATAC and Multiome sequencing (10X Genomics), spatial transcriptomics (Nanostring and 10X Genomics), lllumina platform sequencing (MiSeq, MiSeq i100, NovaSeq X Plus), PacBio long-read sequencing, and Illumina genotyping and methylation arrays.
The IGM Genomics Center occupies 2000 square feet of laboratory and office space, and is equipped with two Illumina MiSeq benchtop sequencers, an Illumina Illumina miSeq i100 sequencing system, an Illumina NovaSeq X Plus sequencing system, a Singlular G4 Sequencing System, an Illumina iScan system, a Tecan liquid handling system, a 10X Genomics Chromium X, a 10XGenomics CytAssist, a 10XGenomics Xenium, a Nanostring CosMX SMI, a Blue Cat Bio Centrifugal Blue Washer, Agilent 2200 and 4200 TapeStation instruments, a Covaris E220 focused-ultrasonicator, an Eppendorf epMotion liquid handling system, a PippinHT, a Roche Lightcycler 480, a BioRad CFX Connect Real-Time PCR Detection System, a NanoDrop ND-1000, and a Qubit 2.0 Fluorometer.
