Sequencing
NovaSeq 6000 Sequencing:
The IGM Genomics Center now supports sequencing on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000. Please see available run configurations and proposed pricing below (subject to approval by rates committee).

MiSeq: The MiSeq desktop sequencer is available for focused applications such as targeted gene sequencing, metagenomics, small genome sequencing, etc. Read lengths up to 600 bp (2X300) are currently supported.
